Due to the handmade, custom, and made-to-order nature of many of our products, Flourish Within LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy also applies to purchases made during Instagram Live sales.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement or store gift card/credit toward a future purchase.

A replacement or store credit is not guaranteed and will be determined based on the circumstances. We may request photos of the item, packaging, and your order information to help us review the issue.
